In the industrial zone Zalog (near the former Jat Emon) in Ljubljana, we are selling a larger building / investment land of 15,078 m2.

The land is entirely building / building.

The intended use of the land envisages industrial or storage construction. All activities are permitted, including the activity of waste management. The investor has yet to draw up an OPPN. The building factor can be max. 60%, and the factor of open green areas must be min. 15%. The height of the buildings should not exceed 20 meters.

A new road is currently under construction next to the land, connecting Agrokombinatska / Sneberska cesta and Cesta v Prod. Delivery oz. access will be arranged via a new road.

Condition of the owner for concluding the deal: the buyer pays real estate transfer tax in the amount of 2% of the sale price or tax bases.
